HI, I’M LAUREN
Lauren has a multi-state license in both California and Florida and holds a national board certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association which she upholds through ongoing professional development and education. Her experience ranges from working with children to adults following traumatic and non-traumatic injuries, a skilled nursing facility, a specialized brain injury unit within a rehabilitation hospital, a level 1 trauma and stroke center, and extensive experience with disorders of consciousness.
Lauren firmly believes in the power of healing through understanding the emotional toll that such challenges can take on an individual. She recognizes that the path to restored functional living is as unique as the individual on the journey.
She understands that the path to reinventing yourself can often feel unclear, overwhelming, and intense, with breakthroughs appearing when you least expect them. She emphasizes the importance of keeping the faith and persistence—continuing to try, again and again, because eventually, something will click. You will find yourself doing it; you will succeed even if it looks a little different.
Much like the ebb and flow of the tides, this process has its own unique rhythm and pace. That’s why she is here—not just to provide expertise, but to empower her patients to navigate this intricate path to recovery with energy, dedication, love, and care that deeply nurtures both the mind and soul into doing and feeling life again.

The brain is capable of miraculous healing, but the journey towards full recovery may require perseverance and patience.
